Well to start off guess who’s making a comeback? Teddy! (Trevor Donovan) will be coming back to the show soon, was I the only one that missed the guy? (:

Alright so here are the other spoilers on Episode 18 “The Heart Will Go On”
- Dixon (Tristan Wilds) collapses during an argument with Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes) at the recording studio.
- While at the hospital they run into Liam (Matt Lanter) who is with Silver (Jessica Stroup) to support her during a test she is taking to see if she has the Breast Cancer gene in her.
- Ivy (Gillian Zinser) finds out that Raj (Manish Dayal) still has cancer and is in the hospital.
- Annie (Shenae Grimes) meets a guy named Caleb (Guest starring Robert Hoffman) and discovers that he is studying to be a priest.
